A Really Green Scene

If you haven't noticed yet from the theme of the past few blogs, we are officially obsessed with GREEN - March is the perfect month to celebrate the color in all its forms! We blog frequently about outdoor gardening, especially when it’s friendly to our birds and bees and butterflies. Today, we’re moving indoors to the “moss-ome” art created at Green Wallscapes.

Our publisher, the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, has partnered with Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Inc. as our 2018 charity. Since 1983, Adopt-A-Family has grown into the largest service provider for homeless families in Palm Beach County -- providing access to services for more than 2,000 families with children every year.

Over the past thirty plus years, AAF has held true to its vision of being a leader in “helping families help themselves.” Core services they provide include:

Go Green

You simply cannot let another Saturday go by without a visit to the West Palm Beach GreenMarket.

Cooking Light magazine calls it the best in Florida. Now in its 22nd year, it was the area’s first and is surely the most extensive.

Parks and Recreation

Palm Beach has always made its parks and public spaces a priority. We love to take a few moments in the little garden grotto along South County Road (near Worth Avenue), and we have many happy memories of picnics in Bradley Park.

Nailed It!

It’s teal with just a hint of the blue-green Atlantic when the sun shines on it just so…

It’s “Sea You at The Breakers,” the brand-new nail polish color designed by Essie and available exclusively at The Spa at The Breakers. Bonus? Not only will you have tropical toes, but when you choose this color, you take the bottle home with you.

The Spa is open daily from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.; call (877) 724-3188 to make a reservation or visit the website to see a menu of services.
