Palm Beach Places to Love

Nursery entry covered by large lime green canopy surrounded by large plants and ceramic pots

Our July/August issue of MARTHA STEWART Living has arrived! And we were happy to see several Palm Beach County locations on this lifestyle guru and team’s “102 Places We Love” list.

According to the article, Martha “always pulls over for” five foods around the U.S. One of them happens to be tacos at Cholo Soy Cocina in West Palm Beach. Located at 3715 South Dixie Highway, they may be calling your name next Taco Tuesday.

If you like a good vintage designer deal, Martha and her publicist suggest that you follow their lead to two Palm Beach resale shops. The Church Mouse and Classic Collections offer rare, pristine finds. You may find them combing the racks on their next visit to South Florida.

Finally, Martha must be rubbing off on us! One of our favorite places to grab a new plant or just wander the peaceful gardens made the list. Amelia’s Smarty Plants, at 1515 North Dixie Highway in Lake Worth, is a beautiful green space offering native and exotic plants as well as a gorgeous flowering plant section with happy bees and butterflies. But it is so much more than a nursery, with zen-like music and water features galore and an incredible store where you can find unique gifts and garden supplies.

With choices like these, it is easy to shop small and local in The Palm Beaches. Congrats to these fabulous businesses for catching the lifestyle guru’s eye!
